Delivery
We ship our products exclusively with reliable shipping providers (e.g., DHL or Deutsche Post). Delivery is currently available within Germany and to selected EU countries.

Delivery times

• Germany: 2–4 working days

• EU countries: 5–8 working days
  Please note that delays may occur during promotional periods or holidays.

Shipping costs

• Germany: €3.90 (free shipping for orders over €50)

• EU countries: €6.90 (free shipping for orders over €80)

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.
